how can i make my own skins/visual styles for windows xp?

can i use a software to help me..? nothing like windowblinds, style xp, etc... like i said.... i want to make my own skins... please help!

1. In google search for a program called StyleXP. On the website they have another program that builds themes for your computer, however styleXP is required to install it www.tgtsoft.com/
2. Use TGTSoft's StyleBuilder (http://www.tgtsoft.com/prod_sb.php). It generates .MSSTYLES files which do not require StyleXP or WindowBlinds. However you may need to patch your UXTHEME.DLL in order for the skins to work (but you hafta do that for ANY non-microsoft msstyles out there!).
